The yorkie puppies listed on this website will come with a health guarantee.  They will be vet checked and be up to date on their vaccinations and they will be on a de-worming schedule.

We guarantee the puppies to be in good health.  We offer a 1 year guarantee that the pup will be we free of any life-threatening congenital defects.  It is the responsibility of the new Yorkie owner to take the puppy to be examined by their veterinarian within 46 hours after purchase.  If the puppy should have a congenital non treatable condition I will replace the puppy with one of equal value.  If the puppy should die the buyer must have an autopsy done to prove the death was due to a congenital non treatable condition.  I will replace the pup with one of equal value.  Buyer will pay all vet and shipping expenses.   Failure to have a vet check done within 48 hours or to notify me of an illness will void this warranty.

After the initial visit to your vet, our guarantee will not include minor illness, neglect, hpyglycemia, coccidiosis, luxating patella, physical injury, and collapsing trachea, this can be caused by injury or the puppy not being kept in good sanitary conditions that were produced after the sale.

The buyer is resposible for all vet costs charged after the date of purchase and for any shipping expense of the replacement puppy.  There are no Cash refunds.  All pups will be vet checked before purchase.  This guarantee is void if the puppy is resold. 

The one thing I cannot guarantee is the size or color that the pup will be as an adult.  I can only tell you the size and color of the parents.
